Submissions support
With the deadline for submissions to the Royal Commission into the Robodebt Scheme fast approaching, the Commission is receiving a high level of interest from people still wishing to make a submission.
The Commission has received more than 110 submissions since last Monday, 23 January 2023. This brings the total number of submissions to date to 716.
Online submissions close on 3 February 2023 at 11.59pm AEDT.
We encourage anyone who is still wanting to make a submission and who is concerned that they may not meet Friday’s deadline to get in touch with the Commission this week to discuss.
You can contact the Commission –
- Via telephone: 1800 317 022, 9 AM to 5 PM (in your timezone) Monday to Friday
- Via email: rrc.enquiries@royalcommission.gov.au
There are a number of ways to make a submission, including over the phone, and support is available.
Late submissions will not be rejected; however, submissions will not be able to be lodged via the online form after the closing date. For this reason, we would like to engage with anyone who considers they may have difficulty in lodging their submission by 3 February 2023.
It should also be noted that the Commission may have limited capacity to fully consider and use late submissions ahead of delivering its Report.
